Who we are
Web Design for Construction is a service run by NC Digital, owned by Nathan Constance and based in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales. NC Digital is responsible for any personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at info@nc-digital.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or audit request we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, business name, trade, website address and message. We also record the page you sent it from.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To carry out a website audit if you asked for one.
- To keep a record of our conversation if you become a customer.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to and following up enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in NC Digital's customer system, hosted on Cloudflare, and emails are sent through our business email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting purposes.
